Palm Oil Storage Group

1. Storage & Safety

We guarantee proper storage of members' palm oil under safe and hygienic conditions. Members are responsible for declaring the accurate quantity of kegs of palm oil bought.

2. Payment & Charges

Storage fees must be paid fully and on time. Anytime you make payment, the current price of palm oil is what you would pay for.

3. Withdrawal Policy

Storage is between February to August/December. Emergency withdrawals are allowed but you get paid on the current price palm oil is selling that period. You give 14 days notice for withdrawal and to make sales.

4. Loss or Damage

In the rare event of damage caused by negligence from the management, compensation will be made based on the documented quantity. Damage or loss caused by war, fire, flood, or natural disaster is not covered.

5. Member Conduct

Members should maintain respect in all dealings within the group. False claims or fraudulent activities will lead to removal from the group.

6. Agreement Duration

This agreement is valid throughout the active membership of the individual.
